Some people who are dependent on drugs or alcohol will require hospitalization for detox and treatment. Shands Vista is the behavioral health hospital for the Florida Recovery Center. There, the Florida Recovery Center has 20 licensed hospital beds for people with substance use disorders. Shands Vista has different insurance and billing practices and options than the Florida Recovery Center Partial Hospitalization Program.
