The Partial Hospitalization Program at the Florida Recovery Center is the next step after a patient has been successfully detoxed. It is also the ideal program for anyone who needs addiction treatment without medical supervision. Drug rehab and alcohol rehab takes place at the Florida Recovery Center main campus in southwest Gainesville seven days a week.

This intensive level of rehab provides patients opportunities to learn sober-living skills with their peers. Through the Partial Hospitalization Program, participants can receive family and group therapy and 12-step education.

The Florida Recovery Center main campus is just minutes from Shands at the University of Florida and gives patients improved access to UF&Shands addiction specialists and other experts. The campus features several apartment buildings, each with eight suites that can accommodate two to three people.
