When you refer your patient, our team of experts will determine if a four-day outpatient evaluation or a five-to-seven-day inpatient evaluation is most appropriate.
Four-Day Evaluation (outpatient)
- DSM IV TR psychiatric assessment
- ASAM dimensional assessment and comprehensive toxicology
- Full psychological and psychosocial interviews, testing and assessments
- Medication review
- Expert collection of relative data (family, physicians, legal, work, records)
- Intensive, physician-led group therapy components
- Sexual, food and gambling assessment by specialists
- Full neuropsychological testing as indicated
- Family evaluations
