Victoria Brit and Brandon Britton from the UF Health FRC Business Office were the shining stars of April. For the short amount of time these two have been with the FRC business office, they have made a big impact. Patients and therapists alike say they are great to work with and very welcoming with each interaction. They have a special way of working with even the toughest clients. They have both done an exceptional job with their collection numbers and we are excited to have them and watch them continue to grow with FRC.

We had a special bonus star ceremony for Larry McGee and Shannon Large. These two were crucial to the positive outcome of aiding a patient in a medical emergency. We are all trained in CPR and first aid and hope we never have to use them; these two were busy and dropped everything to attend to a medical emergency occurring on campus. Their responsiveness and patients come first attitude help save patients’ lives.
