Cristina is a substance abuse therapist/case manager for the UF Health Florida Recovery Center’s Partial Hospitalization Program, professional track, in Gainesville. She graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and received a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of South Florida. Cristina is licensed in the state of Florida as a licensed mental health counselor.

Favorite thing about working at FRC: “Working with a team of individuals with a shared common goal of compassionately serving individuals with addiction and mental health problems. And the opportunity to hold space for my patients, meeting them where they are at and supporting them as they learn healthier ways of being and coping.”
